• CARE: Hand wash with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse and dry immediately. Do not soak. Do not wash in dishwasher. Periodically apply a small amount of mineral oil or other food safe oil to preserve the wood.

Care Instructions for long-lasting service from your cutting board:

- Oil daily with food grade mineral oil for the first 7 days

- Oil weekly for the following 3 weeks

- Oil monthly going forward from there
