The Recipe: Smoked Apple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin
This dish combines sweet apples, smoky bourbon, and savory pork for a rich, comforting meal that’s perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients:

pork tenderloins

1/4 cup bourbon
-
1/2 cup apple cider
-
2 tbsp Heath Riles Apple Rub (available in-store)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tsp cinnamon

1 apple, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prep the Pork: Rub tenderloins with applewood rub, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.

Make the Glaze: In a saucepan, combine bourbon, apple cider, mustard, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Smoke It Low & Slow: Using your Pitts & Spitts smoker (available at The Grill Guys), smoke the pork at 225°F for about 1.5 hours or until internal temp hits 145°F.

Glaze & Grill: Brush glaze over pork and grill for 5–10 minutes to caramelize.
