1.1 Where are you located?
Our store is located at 932 US Hwy 60 E in Republic, MO.
We're in a 4 unit strip center between Hines St. and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
1.2 What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.

1.4 What will you ship?
We have the ability to ship smaller items such as sauces and seasonings, grill accessories, some smaller fueling items and certain grill parts.
We are able to drop-ship most grill brands and accessories if it is something we don't happen to have in stock at the time.
We're unable to ship larger fuel items due to size and weight as well as certain brands due to the companies that we work with having protected territories and/or contractual agreements not to do so.
1.5 Can you repair my grill?
That's a loaded question, but the short answer is that we can certainly try! Unfortunately, due to parts availability and/or parts shortages we're not able to fix everything.
We would need to schedule a time for us to assess your repair job, and if parts are needed, we'd need to obtain them. If we need to reschedule a time to return to complete the repair, then we would do that in order to finish the job.
If you have the ability and would like to save some in service call charges, it may be possible for you to bring your grill to us for repair, but it would be prudent to check with us first before bringing it in.

1.6 What are the conditions of your deliveries?
If you're purchasing a grill that costs more than $500 there is usually some assembly required and for that reason we're happy to go ahead and assemble your new grill and deliver it to your driveway for free if you are within 25 miles of our store as a "Thank You" for doing business with us.
We also offer "White Glove Delivery", meaning we will take it through/around your home, position/set it up for you for an additional fee. These fees can vary and will be calculated at the time of your purchase.
If you're ordering smaller items such as seasonings/sauces/accessories/fuels, we can deliver them, although we do charge a delivery fee for that convenience.
If you're ordering smaller items from out of the area and we need to ship items to you, there will be an appropriate amount of shipping that will be added to your ticket total.
